Hartbeeshoek Fire Watch is a community website — it is NOT the MFPA and does not represent any Fire Protection Association. This form only helps you complete the official MFPA fire belt / controlled burn permit application. When you submit, we generate a filled PDF and attempt to email it to the MFPA, copying you. This is not a permit and does not authorise any burn — actual permits must be approved by the Fire Protection Officer, and you must still obtain a "Bravo number" on the day of your burn.
